We are family run taverna, but the main person is our mother, Mrs.Hrisoula. She is the one who has got all the receipts from her grand-mother. Probably those days she didn't know yet that the Cretan kitchen would be so popular, but luckely she 

preserved the taste of real Cretan kitchen for us. 

Mrs. Hrissoula wakes up early in the morning to feed all the domestic animals and to collect fresh herbs and vegies to cook it for us.  

 

Mrs.Hrissoula doesn't like when the food is not hot, so she will be waiting for all the guest first and only then she will let her us to serve. So don't be late because all dishes will be ready in time you mentioned in your order.
